Randy went to work as usual on Monday morning. He was on "auto pilot" and unlocked the door on the west side. All he could see was the ceiling on the floor and he closed the door. He immediately called Kim and told her. She told him that he needed to go to the back of the store and get the phone directory for the insurance company. He said, "You don't understand. There is no phone, there is nothing. It is all buried under the roof. I can just see the top of the roof on the floor and blue sky above."

This picture was taken from the south side of the store (front) toward the north. The air conditioner was still running. You will notice antique pharmacy pictures that Randy's dad, Joe Wright, had prepared for him. Wish we could reach them! The roof section with the air conditioner fell in after this photo was taken.

This is the front, corner window on the west side. It fell more, as the building was unstable. You will also see Josie Butler's reflection. Josie has worked at the drug store for several years.
